For the last 3 years, we have walked through the heartbreaking journey of infertility. During this time, we have faced not only physical and emotional challenges, but also a deep longing to grow our family. Through countless prayers and many difficult conversations, we’ve sought God’s guidance on how to move forward. In that process, our hearts were drawn to adoption—not as a second option, but as a beautiful and purposeful path to becoming parents. After much prayer and reflection, we feel confident that this is the path God has prepared for us.

We believe that every child deserves a safe, loving, and permanent home. We want to provide that home—to nurture, support, and love a child unconditionally. We are pursuing international adoption from Bulgaria, a decision rooted in our deep love for the people of Eastern Europe. Years ago, Jacob had the opportunity to live in and teach English in Eastern Europe. That experience left a lasting impression on his heart and gave him a deep appreciation for the region’s culture, resilience, and warmth. We feel a strong connection to Eastern Europe, and we are honored to open our home to a child from that part of the world.

While we are emotionally and spiritually ready and eager to embrace the responsibilities of parenthood, the financial barriers to adoption are significant. We are fundraising to help us move forward with the adoption process without compromising our ability to provide for the child’s long-term needs.
