Support the McClung Family's Battle Against Cancer

I don't know Jason McClung or his family very well, but I do know that on the rare occasions that I get to work before 7 a.m., Jason greets me with a smile and good conversation as he preps our Garrett College building for another day of classes, camps, trainings, or activities. It's rare to find someone as consistently kind and positive as Jason, and he's the type of person that makes Garrett College such a special place for employees and students.

Jason has been fighting cancer for months but has used up all of his sick leave during his treatment and will now face the prospect of supporting his family during two or more months of missed and unpaid work after his upcoming major surgery. Jason has been open and honest about his uphill battle but always tells the story with a positive outlook and attitude, and with a smile on his face while expressing that his, and his family's, faith will see them through these tough times.

Hopefully, we can come together and support the McClung family financially as they work through this difficult time.
