Hi y’all, my name is Miranda and I’m here to help out my friends Nick & Ash get through this tough time. Their newest addition Damon was born at 28 weeks 6 days by emergency cesarean to save his life and decrease the potential risk to his mom Ash. Damon is not only struggling due to being premature but also suffers from Intrauterine Growth Restriction, causing him to be smaller than most babies his age. He weighs a total of 2 lbs and is 13 inches. He needs breathing assistance, a feeding tube, and constant monitoring for heart spells. Due to his condition, his progress is slow, and his time in the hospital is estimated at a total of 12 weeks. With both mom & dad being off of work to be there for him daily, my goal is to alleviate some stress for them so they can focus on what is important, Damon and his health and not worry about how bills are going to get paid. Let’s help this family of 4 get through this difficult time.
