Please join us @ The Portly Villager on Saturday' December 14th @ 3pm as we are hosting our 6th annual Army Navy game fundraiser to benefit LT Michael P. Murphy Navy SEAL Museum. This annual event has grown steadily year after year and is terrific day for a great cause. There will be an abundance of food, beverage, a live auction, a chance auction with generous baskets and merchandise from donated by local community members and business leaders, and limited-edition sportswear. Moreover, and most importantly, this is a gathering of friends and community as members of a grateful nation for Lt Murphy’s ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Michael Patrick Murphy, a native of Long Island, NY was a United States Navy SEAL officer who was awarded the U.S. military's highest decoration, the Medal of Honor by President George W Bush, posthumously. He was the first member of the United States Navy to receive the award since the Vietnam War.
