The Leno Family is going through one of the hardest challenges any family can face. Their sweet baby girl, Juliette, is preparing for heart surgery in Madera, California — over 3 hours away from their home.

As they focus on what truly matters — Juliette’s healing and recovery — the family is also facing the financial strain that comes with extended medical care away from home.

They will be spending at least 3+ days in Madera during Juliette’s surgery and recovery, and the costs are quickly adding up. Between lost wages, hotel stays, transportation, food, and other unexpected expenses, the financial burden is becoming overwhelming.
