Hi, my name is Evan, and I am fundraising to support the Legal Remedy Clinic—a public-interest initiative dedicated to addressing unresolved legal and administrative cases through comparative law and institutional analysis.
Across Europe, individuals and families increasingly find themselves trapped in legal deadlocks: cases where authorities acknowledge a problem, but no office has competence to resolve it; where jurisdictions contradict each other; or where identity, citizenship, or legal status cannot be clarified despite existing legal rights.
These situations are not illegal cases.
They are exceptional cases—and today, there is no structured mechanism designed to handle them.
The Legal Remedy Clinic was created to document these unresolved cases, analyze them through comparative legal reasoning, and demand lawful solutions where administrative procedures reach their limits. The project also develops a long-term academic and legislative proposal for an Exceptional Court—a specialized judicial mechanism for cases that cannot be processed through standard pathways.
Funds raised through this campaign will be used to support the project’s initial operational phase, including research, documentation, platform maintenance, and preparation for a future transition into a registered non-profit organization. Funds are received by the campaign organizer solely to support the Legal Remedy Clinic project and its public-interest objectives.
This initiative does not provide legal representation or legal advice. Its purpose is to strengthen structural solutions, promote accountability, and contribute to modern legal reform grounded in comparative law.
This initiative originates from a concrete legal failure with long-term consequences. Two minor children have remained stateless for more than ten years due to a structural legal gap between jurisdictions. Despite continuous engagement with administrative authorities and courts, the issue remains unresolved because no existing procedure is designed to address such cross-system contradictions.
This is not a historical or abstract problem. The situation is ongoing and demonstrates how individuals—particularly children—can remain outside legal protection when institutional responsibility ends at jurisdictional borders.
By supporting this campaign, you help make visible the cases that currently fall outside existing legal structures—and support the development of fairer mechanisms to resolve them.

Thank you for supporting justice, adaptability, and responsible legal reform.
