Support the Legal Fight for Better Planning

Hi,

I'm Clifford Zwart. I live in Arapahoe Ridge in Erie, Colorado and am part of a group opposing the proposed Thompson Thrift 111th and Arapahoe high-density development project at the southwest corner of 111th and Arapahoe Road.

We're funding initial expenses to consult an attorney for our legal options now that the Town of Erie has annexed these properties and the developer is seeking high-density residential zoning next.

Our goal is to work toward having a development that is more conforming with its surroundings, has the infrastructure it needs (traffic, water drainage, etc.), and better planning with community involvement than what has happened up to the point of annexation.

Please support us with whatever amount you can to help make this property's future the best that it can be for both Lafayette, Erie, and Boulder County! Any funds not used in the fight will be donated to the Humane Society of Boulder Valley and Longmont Humane Society.
