Hello everyone, my name is Tajuana Jasper. I’m currently a widow trying to provide for my children. I hesitated on making this, but upon many requests, here I am.

I’m trying to keep a roof over my children and my head, which is my main goal. I am currently looking for work, even though the economy is horrible right now. I won’t give up hope! I know there are a lot of mothers in my situation, so let me tell you the difference between myself and others. My children are my pride and joy; they are what keeps me going!

My ultimate goal is to get back in school, get my GED, and go to nursing school. That is my goal. I love people; I love helping people even when I’m unable to help myself. That may be part of the reason I’m in this situation!

I will not give up faith that someone will help us and we will be okay. I know God's timing isn’t my timing, but He’s always on time! I just thank God for keeping us this far! I don’t believe my story ends here. I am determined to do my best to do whatever it takes to keep us from being homeless. Even if you can’t donate, say a prayer for us .
