My name is Abbi, and I am raising funds for my childhood best friend Haley and her husband, A.J. The Huckabee family is currently navigating two major medical journeys at the same time, and they need support as they focus on caring for their children.

Their youngest baby, Huxton, was born prematurely and has been in the NICU for several months. Haley and A.J. have been traveling back and forth while advocating for him and staying by his side as he continues to grow stronger each day.

Recently, they also learned that their 2-year-old daughter, Finley, has been diagnosed with Retinoblastoma, a rare form of eye cancer. This diagnosis has brought immediate appointments, specialists, and treatment planning, all requiring travel and time away from work.

Their oldest daughter, Kaylee, is a teenager who has shown so much strength and love while her family has been pulled in different directions. She is doing her best to help and remain positive, but this has been a heavy emotional time for her as well.

The combination of NICU care, appointments, medical travel, time away from work, gas, food, lodging, and everyday family needs has created a financial burden that no family can prepare for. These funds will go directly toward helping relieve that pressure so Haley and A.J. can focus their energy where it is most needed, with their children.
