Hello everyone.

My name is Olha Hubenko.

My family needs help.

My husband Dmytro Hubenko and I have three kids, Pavlo, Vanya and Timofii. I want to be able to take care of my children. I want them to have a peaceful future.

Our family moved to Corner Brook, Newfoundland almost 3 years ago to escape the war in Ukraine and bring our children to safety.

Corner Brook became our safe haven. We started our lives over, leaving everything we had in Ukraine.

Our family made plans for the future and dreamed that we would be able to buy a house. We worked hard on this, and our children at that time attended school and daycare. And everything was great.

A misfortune happened to my husband, he was hospitalized with a diagnosis of NSTEMI (non-st elevated myocardial infarction).

Now he is waiting for surgery in the near future. He will go to St. Johns.

After the surgery, my husband will not be able to work for a long time during the rehabilitation period. I am desperate.

I will not be able to support the family on my own, covering the basic expenses of rent, utilities and childcare. This makes me afraid about our future.

I would like to ask you about any help. I will be very grateful for everything. And I really appreciate your support. I hope that everything will be great in the nearest future.
