Hello friends, family, and kind strangers!

We are the Hosp family—Bodhi, my incredible wife Stacey, and our energetic 4-year-old daughter, Ailani. Our little trio is about to become a magnificent family of 5! We are absolutely thrilled (and a little overwhelmed!) to announce that we are expecting not one, but TWO beautiful baby girls—fraternal twin sisters—arriving this winter!

While we are overflowing with excitement, we know the early days of raising newborn twins will require all hands on deck. My wife, Stacey, will need continuous support recovering and caring for two infants, and our daughter, Ailani, will need gentle guidance transitioning into her role as a big sister.

Our Goal: Paternity Leave to Be Present

I am asking for your support to help me take extended, much-needed paternity leave from my job. Currently, my employer offers no paid paternity leave, except for paid time off that is accumulated from working, which will not cover the critical first few months when my family will need me most.

The funds raised will go directly toward replacing my lost income, allowing me to be fully present to:

Care for Stacey as she recovers and navigates the demands of breastfeeding/feeding two babies.

Help manage the round-the-clock feedings, diaper changes, and medical appointments for the twins.

Ensure our 4-year-old, Ailani, feels loved and supported through this big change. Bringing home twins is a truly special challenge, and any contribution, big or small, will ensure that I can be the supportive partner and father my family needs without the immediate stress of financial strain.
