My name is Racye, and I created the H.E.R.O. (Helping Everyone Report Offenses) app to bridge the gap between citizens and law enforcement. The inspiration for this app came from a heartfelt conversation with a younger adult about the challenges we face in our communities today. We talked about how, too often, people look the other way in critical situations, and how much could change if we all stood together for what’s right. When I suggested that people should speak up instead of staying silent, he replied, 'Nobody wants to be a snitch.' That’s when I realized—while no one wants to be labeled a snitch, everyone wants to be a hero. That idea sparked the creation of the H.E.R.O. app, a tool designed to empower people to safely report offenses and support each other in making our communities better places to live.

The H.E.R.O. app is already complete, but to keep it growing and available, I need your help.
