On the evening of July 1st, a lightning strike tragically caused a house fire off Liberty Grove Church Road in Fleetwood, NC. The fire severely damaged the Lester’s (family of 4) home, which was left uninhabitable. Thankfully, the family was not home at the time, but heartbreakingly, their beloved dog did not survive despite firefighters' efforts to save it.

This sudden tragedy has left the family without their home, their belongings, and their sense of stability. I am starting this GoFundMe to help them begin the long process of rebuilding… emotionally, physically, and financially.

Funds raised will go directly toward:

Temporary housing,

Replacing essential belongings (clothing, furniture, kitchen items), etc.

Any amount you can give—big or small—means the world. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this page to help spread the word.

Thank you for your kindness and support during this incredibly difficult time! May God bless you!

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”
