Remodel Moore is partnering with Jerusalem Farm to restore an abandoned home in the Historic Northeast (HNE).

Jerusalem Farm is using the community land trust model to preserve and develop affordable housing amid quickly rising home prices in the HNE. The land trust model allows potential homeowners to purchase the home at 20% below market rate! Learn more about the model on Jerusalem Farm's website.

Every contribution, big or small, makes a real impact. Even just a few dollars can help move this project forward:
  • $50 provides a bucket of drywall screws
  • $500 buys a sink and faucet for the home
  • $5,000 covers the purchase of all electric appliances for the home (because this home will have solar)

If you can’t donate right now, sharing this fundraiser is an excellent way to help this fantastic work gain momentum.
