With deep sorrow and heavy hearts, we share the tragic news of the sudden passing of our beloved brother and friend Nouman Habib, son of Habib Ullah Chattha, who passed away in Sydney, Australia, at the young age of 23 years. Nouman came to Australia as an international student with hope, determination, and a strong sense of responsibility. He worked tirelessly alongside his studies, always striving to build a better future—not only for himself but, most importantly, for his family back home in Pakistan. Despite his young age, Nouman carried the responsibility of supporting his parents with sincerity and dedication, regularly helping and looking after their needs. He was widely known among friends, international students, and the Pakistani community as a kind-hearted, humble, and selfless individual. Nouman was always ready to help others—whether it was offering guidance, emotional support, or financial assistance. Whenever someone was in need, he never hesitated to step forward. His helping nature and gentle character left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. In this moment of unimaginable grief, Nouman’s close friends along with Pakistani international students and members of the wider Pakistani community in Australia, have come together to support his grieving parents. This GoFundMe campaign has been created by Nouman’s close friends to show genuine love, respect, and solidarity with his family, because Nouman himself always believed in helping others. We would like to clearly acknowledge that all funeral expenses and the complete cost of transporting Nouman Habib’s body to Pakistan have been fully arranged and covered by the AusPak Youth Association Australia in coordination with the Pakistan General Consulate, Sydney, purely for the sake of Allah (SWT). Every single cent raised through this GoFundMe campaign will go directly to Nouman Habib’s parents in Pakistan. No funds from this campaign will be used for funeral, burial, or transportation expenses. All donations will be transferred directly to his parents through secure and official bank transfer or authorised money transfer channels, whichever is most suitable and efficient. We humbly appeal to our Pakistani community, international students, business owners, and all compassionate individuals to come forward and contribute generously. No amount is too small—every contribution is a meaningful expression of care, unity, and brotherhood. Let us stand united and honour Nouman Habib by supporting his parents, just as he spent his life supporting others.
