Hi! My name is Alykhan Boolani, and I have the honor of serving as co-principal at Life Academy of Health and Biosciences, a small school serving 430 students across grades 6-12 in Oakland, CA.

One thing that makes Life Academy a fantastic place is that we act as a family -- a group of folks who look out for one another and support one another through our ups and downs.

Over the last few years, we've been collecting funds in the Winter to support students and families through the holiday season. Covid's impact on our health outcomes may be waning (thankfully), but the effects of economic impact have deepened in many ways.

We are trying to collect funds to support families with a small donation for the winter for groceries and home supplies. Since 2020, the fantastic people in our community have raised over $30,000 in cash that has been redistributed to our families. This year, we are seeking $3000 more to reach our goal of $5000 to support our families... please help us get there!
