Aloha Family & Friends! Please Help Us Support Our Ewaliko Ohana.
On March 23, 2025, a devastating fire took our family home in Waimanalo. While we are heartbroken, we thank God that our tutu (who turns 99 years old this December) and her two elder sons who cares for her made it out safely. The cause is still unknown, but what truly matters is that our ohana is safe.
For three generations, this home was the heart of our ohana. Since the 1960s, our tutu filled it with love, laughter, and cherished memories—where birthdays, holidays, and countless gatherings brought us together. As an ohana, we have watched Oʻahu change and family move away, but tutu’s house in Waimānalo was always the family house.
Now, we humbly ask for your support to help them with clearing the site, immediate needs and restoring their home so they can have a safe place once again.
Any contribution, big or small, means the world to us. Mahalo nui loa for your love and generosity—we are forever grateful. God Bless!
FYI my name is Jaimee Manupuna, I'm the great granddaughter of my tutu and grandniece of my two uncles. Mahalo!
