We are the Epley’s!!!

My name is Brit and my amazing wife is Alyna. We are in the process of adopting these kids (pictured)

and making theirs and our wishes of them all being an Epley and legally bonded to my wife and I.

Our Story is my wife had our son Jacob and I have had our daughter Carter and son Declan. In the last two years 3 of our other kids (which are first cousins once removed to my wife Alyna) have come into our lives and have asked to be apart of our family/ asked us to be their parents too.

The three cousins lost their Mother, Father, and Stepfather in a horrific car crash 10 years ago. Since then they have been trying to get through life with no real parental love/influence and all have still a lot of emotional and mental health items that need to get worked through that have not been dealt with by a professional since the death of their parents.

Just earlier this year we have been able to save up money to legally adopt Stephanie, but in that process we were also hit with the news that the State of Kentucky does not recognize Jacob as my son or Carter and Declan has my wife’s (even though she is on their Birth Certificates). So that means we need to try and save up more money to not only have Zach and Nick legally ours but now we need to also do an adoption for our kids Jacob, Carter, and Declan.

I nor my wife usually ask for help so this is very new to us and I have even struggled for months about taking this road and asking for any help possible from others.
