Assalam 'Alaykum my dear brothers and sisters in Islam.

Alhamdulillah, with the mercy of Allah ﷻ and the generous support of our community, we have successfully completed the ground floor of our masjid in Dundalk. This includes the main prayer area and fully finished toilet facilities, creating a clean and welcoming space for our brothers and sisters, for where we can pray our jama'ah prayers, do our events such as talks, youth seminars and activities and walimah.

However, as our community continues to grow, the space we currently have is no longer sufficient—especially during Salah al-Jumu’ah and Salah al-Eid, when attendance exceeds capacity and many are left without adequate space to pray comfortably.

We are now striving to take the next important step: completing the first floor of the masjid. This expansion will allow us to accommodate more worshippers, provide a better environment for prayer, and continue building a strong, united community for future generations.

In addition, we aim to improve the outside facilities by completing the car park with proper tarmac and marked lines, making it safer and more accessible for الجميع. We also plan to extend the masjid at the rear, further increasing capacity and usability for community activities.

This masjid is more than just a building—it is a place of worship, learning, unity, and support for المسلمين in Dundalk. Every contribution, no matter how small, brings us closer to completing this vital project.
