Support the Dub Family's Medical Journey

Joanna and Voytek with their two adopted children, Angie (9) and Octavian (7) have always been dedicated to helping and caring for others as well as staying active in their community. The past few years of health struggles have put them in a position where they are the ones who now need support. Voytek has been bravely fighting oropharyngeal cancer (with metastasis to lung) for the past five years. He is undergoing difficult treatments to save his life with medical bills piling up. Meanwhile, their son Octavian has experienced multiple hospitalizations due to recurring bone fractures, which added to the medical expenses. Joanna, combining the role of a busy mother, supportive wife, must also face further challenges, which are the exacerbations of her lupus. In recent days, while repairing his car to get more life out of it, the car fell on Voytek and injured his leg. So, in addition to severe side effects from chemo, radiation and immunotherapy, Voytek now needs crutches to move around. During the entire five years of cancer treatment, Voytek has missed only two days of work. Both Voytek and Joanna work very hard to provide for their family but despite their unwavering faith and perseverance, the family is facing overwhelming medical bills. They are also in need of a reliable vehicle that can get them to and from work.
