Hi, my name is Damian. I am fundraising for the Day family! Mike and Ashely Day are some of the most hospitable and loving people I have ever met! I am asking that we rally behind them in their time of need! After the most recent Maine storm with hurricane speed winds and significant statewide flooding, their property sustained heavy damage. Mike and Ashley, as well as their six children, were evacuated from their home a few days before Christmas, due to severe flooding of the Kennebec River. When they were finally able to return to their house, they were met with a basement full of water and massive tree damage. Their jeep and equipment trailer were totaled. Nearby homes have been completely condemned due to flooding. They did not have flood insurance so the coverage is minimal at best. Fortunately everyone is safe but they have a long way to go when it comes to repairs! Any funds raised will be used to repair or replace what was lost in the storm. Let's return some of the love they have shown to so many by contributing to this fund!!
