Support the Curnow family after devastating house fire.

As some of you may be aware one of our much-loved speedway families have lost everything in a house fire at Woorinen South on the 3rd of January. Such a devastating way to start the New Year, they were all incredibly lucky to escape unharmed.

However, everything they owned perished in the fire and has left them with only the clothes on their backs.

Carmel and Ray are lifetime members of the Swan Hill Sonic Speedway and Sherree is our club's secretary.

Carmel and Ray have been involved in speedway all their lives as has Sherree. They have done so much for our club and other clubs over the many many years, now it is our time to do something for them.

For 51 years Carmel and Ray have lived in their family home along side daughter Sherree and their grandchildren Noah and Khloe.

The impact this would have on anyone is absolutely devastating and heart breaking especially right after Christmas.

Unfortunately, it is a lifetime of wonderful memories gone into flames for the family.

They are going to need all the financial support that we as a community and Speedway family have to offer.

I do understand times are hard especially just being after Christmas but please think of this wonderful family and if you can donate, weather big or small to help them try and rebuild what they have lost.

I thank every single person so far that has helped in anyway possible, it has not gone unnoticed, and they really appreciate it.
