Support the Cruz Family in Memory of Gilberto

Friends and family: On September 9th we lost a son, a brother, a father, a great friend Gilberto Cruz, due to medical negligence, in this case he was not given proper care due to a hiatal hernia, and we want to thank you in advance for all your support and cooperation with the expenses of his funeral.
