Support the Crow family as Johnna battles a rare illness
Donation protected
A few months ago, Johnna became suddenly and critically ill, requiring a lengthy hospitalization away from home. Johnna was ultimately diagnosed with a form of epilepsy called NORSE. With the help of an incredible medical team at the University of Florida Medical Center, she recovered, was discharged from the hospital, and began rehabilitation to recover from the effects of her seizures and lengthy hospital stay.
In January, she began having some symptoms that have now progressed to another admission at UFMC, she is in the ICU. While related to her previous seizures, there are other symptoms that are currently much worse and are attributed to a rare genetic condition. The hospital is not located where they live, and her family will stay in Gainesville during her treatment. They expect it will be lengthy.
Please consider donating to help offset this expense and take away at least one thing to worry about. Johnna’s parents, Haley and John, her siblings, Nelly and David, and her son, Joseph, are hopeful she will make a full recovery and return home! In addition to any donations, your prayers and positive thoughts are welcome.
