About The Consent Club’s Community Care Outreach

Women experiencing homelessness are some of the most vulnerable people in our cities — facing violence, exploitation, hunger, extreme weather, and constant uncertainty.

Our outreach teams are currently being built in Chicago and Baltimore — two cities where the need is urgent, but Baltimore’s conditions are significantly harsher, with higher levels of visible poverty, addiction, and street-based survival.

Women there often have nowhere safe to go, and many are living in environments that are dangerous, isolating, and severely under-resourced.

The Consent Club believes that every woman deserves dignity, safety, and compassion without conditions — no matter what city she lives in.

This is why we’re expanding our Community Care Outreach Program to serve both Chicago and Baltimore, with partners on the East Coast building additional groups.

What We’re Doing

We’re assembling care packages specifically designed for women and femme-presenting people living on the street. Our bags include:

• Hygiene products

• Warm socks + gloves

• Snacks and bottled water

• Narcan

• Wipes + period products

• Safety tips + resource cards

• Gentle affirmations that remind them they matter

Every bag is made with intention, care, and dignity.

Providing Hot, Fresh, Free Meals

We are raising funds to serve hot, fresh meals during outreach days — especially critical in Baltimore, where many women rely on street-based survival and rarely have access to consistent food.

These meals are not scraps or leftovers.

They are real, nourishing meals that offer warmth, safety, and a moment to breathe.
