My classmates and I will be participating in the Costa Rica Veterinary Wildlife Medicine Program. It is based at a wildlife rescue center that rehabilitates, reintroduces, and cares for animals who are victims of wildlife trafficking, human-animal conflict, or in need of imperative care.

This experience is deeply meaningful to me as it presents an opportunity to practice my skills that I've learned so far and give back to the community. I'm so thankful to be a part of it!
