This go fund me is representing the talented 9th grade class of the Cinematic Arts department at the wonderful High school LACHSA. In which is our special group, consisting of Lou, Liza, Everest, Noemi, Alicia, Codi and Charli! Together we will be raising funds to support our department towards film equipment that will benefit all of our Cinematic Arts peers!
We will also be seeking out other forms of fundraising to make sure we can support our film family substantially!
Such as…
- Bake sales
- Car washes
The money will eventually be rounded up and and go toward film supplies, such as cameras, c stands, lighting and more! We use this equipment to direct, produce, and cultivate various films every year! Our films are presented at LACHSA exclusive film festivals where hundreds of LACHSA families enjoy and nominate each student made piece!
These festivals include
- 64 (groups make a film in 64 hours)
- Cinescare (Halloween and horror adjacent films)
- Sundown (independent films)
