Retired Southington firefighter Eric Chase and his family recently celebrated the exciting milestone of their second daughter’s high school graduation. Allison Chase, known for her kindness, warmth, and vibrant personality, always greets everyone with a beautiful, infectious smile that brightens any room.

Just after Allison’s high school graduation, she received a diagnosis of stomach cancer. This illness is sadly all too familiar in the Chase family’s medical history. However, it has never affected someone so young until now

The most promising treatment option for Allison at this time is to undergo an extensive surgery to remove her stomach, with the hope that this procedure will cure her cancer. Her surgery is scheduled for mid-September.
