Hello Family & Friends,

I have set this GoFundMe account up for my nephew and his family (Greg & Sylvia's oldest son). The Calvo's; Vince, Sarah, Elijah(16) & Emma(9).

Sarah has been battling Ovarian cancer for a number of years now. And on Thursday August 8, 2024, she had a massive heart attack. Emma was who found her and called 911. The 911 operator had Emma do chest compressions on her mom until the paramedics arrived, which took about 10 minutes because they live in the country.

Currently, the Doctors are not sure of how extensive her brain damage is. She is not responding on her own. They had an MRI scheduled for today (08/12), but she had a mild seizure, so they had to give her medication. And seizure meds can alter an MRI, so they didn't do it.

We are uncertain of what the out come of this tragedy is going to be. But we are certain that the rest of life is going to go on. Vince is a very hard worker, but as an hourly employee he is going to miss an extensive amount of work. I am trying to take the burden off of him having to choose between being with his wife in the hospital when needed and going to work to pay their bills.

First, I would like to ask for you to please add them to your prayers. And then secondly, I ask that you please help them monetarily, if you can. Every little bit helps and this poor family has been through so much and still has to go through so much more.
