Hi, my name is Michelle and I am starting a Go Fund Me for our great friend, our Veggie Girl, Kathy Boone and her family after losing their home and belongings to a house fire Wednesday night , May 20th.

Kathy, her husband Pat, their son and granddaughters made it out of the house safely. They stood by as their family home of 30+ years went up in flames and was completely destroyed. They are fully insured but have a long road in front of them to recover, rebuild and move forward from a complete loss.

Lots of us know Kathy as the face of Little Eden Veggies who graces us with her beautiful smile at the St Andrews Farmer’s market on Thursdays. With her tables loaded to the brim with the most gorgeous and delicious vegetables, preserves, spices, eggs and herbs. She is a one woman show as she grows, tends, harvests and brings to market her bounty.

Kathy behind the scenes is the most loving, caring and sincere person. She is a wife, a mother, a Grammy to 4 beautiful grandchildren and a wonderful friend. Her family, home, garden are everything to her and her dedication to all of them is overwhelming.

The Boone’s are incredibly grateful for the love and support from family, friends and community.
