Over the last almost 2 months, Ryan has struggled with not feeling well. After several doctors appointments and different medications, Ryan continued to decline.

Late on December 22nd, Jenny and Ryan made the trek to the Emergency Room in Sioux Falls. After tests and scans, it revealed what was causing his sinus and flu like symptoms. It turned out to be much worse, a brain tumor.

Ryan's brain tumor was more complex than Sioux Falls was comfortable with, so a transfer was needed. Ryan was transferred to Omaha and there he waited to get on their surgery schedule.

We are asking that you would please pray and send positive thoughts as Ryan is undergoing major brain surgery.

Right now, their lives are flipped upside down. There are still a lot of unknowns and hurdles in the healing and recovery process. As of now, it is one step at a time.
