Support the Berger Family After Tragic Fire

I'm raising money for the Berger family. They lost EVERYTHING in a fire Saturday night, Jan. 25th, including Richard Berger, who was Maureen's husband and the dad to Sarah and Shawn.

Richard was a carpenter and a long time employee of Crotched Mountain Ski area.

Shawn was rescued from the fire and med flighted to a Boston hospital.

Maureen was the Secretary to Hillsboro-Deering High School for many years before I came on, and then she was the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent for many years. She has given much to this community.

They have a very long road ahead of them, dealing with the loss of their loved one and everything they own.

I will be paying the funeral home, meds and paying for other needs Maureen and Shawn may have during this transition of being homeless.

Maureen is still laid up and temporarily at her daughters. She will be meeting with Red Cross in the next week.

Her purse, and all that was in it burned in the fire as well, so I will be able to write checks and take care of her needs as she is healing.
