We are Deal Detachment of Kent Army Cadets, we are hoping people will be kind enough to show support for us

The unit is based in Deal.

At the detachment, we have approximately 39 cadets who parade twice a week.

A lot of the activities they do are funded by the MOD however, additional things like personalised unit T-Shirts, Awards, and trophies are outside the MOD syllabus and are not funded by the MOD, and the unit has to raise money for these items.

A lot of the cadets come from disadvantaged backgrounds and can not afford to contribute towards the activities, and we would not want to exclude anyone from partaking because they can’t afford it.

Anything you can donate will go a long way to helping include all the cadets in participating in the extra activities we want to do, and will be gratefully appreciated.
