The ACHEM Freedom Initiative is an effort to decrease the incarceration rate of cannabis patients, with an emphasis on cannabis patients of color, to bring our society one step closer to health equity. Your donation will help ACHEM:
- Create a library of letters and other resources for patients with various medical conditions to access for their defense
- Create a consultant database for legal teams to contact ACHEM consultants for professional letters, testimony, and medical guidance
- Prepare ACHEM experts to consult and testify in medical cannabis legal cases
