My name is Drew Shafer. My wife, Christina, and I are long-time friends of DJ, Kirsten, their son Miles, and their beloved pets. We are also honored to be Miles's Godparents. Along with Sean and Caley Kelly, we are launching this GoFundMe to support the Acevedo family during this challenging time.

The Acevedos recently relocated to California after several years in Tennessee. Over the past few months, they've faced significant transitions—moving across the country, starting new careers—and now facing the daunting the task of rebuilding their lives.
