Support The Abughazaleh Family After The Eaton Fire
Donation protected
On January 8, 2025 our friend Max Abughazaleh and his family lost their beautiful sanctuary home in Altadena, CA to the destructive Eaton fire. They have lived in their home for 29 years. We are hoping to help them rebuild as they begin this long journey. The funds raised will go toward securing temporary housing for their parents and Max such as a motorhome, so they have a safe place to stay while figuring out our next steps. It will also help them purchase essential items like clothing, toiletries, and other necessities they’ve lost. Additionally, Max and his dad will need tools and materials to begin the long process of rebuilding their home from the ground up. (Knowing those boys, they’ll want to do as much of the work themselves as possible!)
Their parents poured their hearts and souls into rebuilding it from the inside out when they first bought it, leaving only the bones of the original structure. It wasn’t just a house; it was a home filled with history, countless photos, and cherished memories that are now gone. While they can’t bring back some of the memories that were part of the house, they can build new ones.
The Abughazaleh family are so grateful for the love, prayers, and support so many of you have already sent their way. If you feel moved to help, whether through a donation, sharing this fundraiser, or continuing to send love and encouragement, their family will be forever thankful. Your kindness means more than words can express.
