Support the 7 Vas Kids Who Just Lost Their Mom
Donation protected
On March 25, 2021, Kitti Vas, a young mother of 7, passed away due to complications caused by the Corona Virus. On March 14 she was taken to the hospital where she was put on a ventilator and the doctors performed an emergency c-section to deliver her 7th child. After over a week on the ventilator she passed away, leaving behind a mourning family, friends, and community.
As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I decided to serve a mission and was called to Hungary. While there I served in the branch where this family attends and had the privilege of learning from the dedication and faithfulness of Kitti and her family. However, I am not the only one that has been touched by her Christlike love. Any who have had the opportunity to interact with Kitti have been blessed immensely.
This family comes from extremely humble means in a small town outside of Eger, Hungary. This fundraiser is to help support the children and father as they try to adjust to this new way of life. As previous missionaries, as members of the church, or as anyone who has been affected by the virus this past year, I, as well as members of Kitti’s local branch and her family, humbly request your help to support this struggling family at this time.
