We hope you're all doing well. It's that time of year again! We are raising funds to help make the 5th season of Public Service a reality! We are so grateful to see the weather FINALLY gettin a bit warmer & that only means one thing: Public Service is almost here!

On Sunday, April 5th we will be holding our annual Public Service Fundraiser at Signal in Bushwick. There, we'll be raising funds for this summer's 5 Services + we'll also have Public Service long sleeves t-shirts for sale as well. Proceeds from those sales will go directly towards this fundraiser.

Public Service is put together by us (Toribio & Mickey Pérez ) on a donation only basis. All costs come out of both our pockets. For this 5th season, we're raising $10K to help us cover Karlala Soundsystem ’s expenses as well as the labor required to setup & breakdown his soundsystem for the 5 Public Services we have planned for this summer. It will also help us cover the costs of the permits required by the city to legally put each Service together.

Public Service is for the people, by the people, for that reason we don’t take asking for donations from you lightly given the current economic condition facing this country & what it takes to survive in NYC; but it’s precisely for that reason we are asking for help because we cannot put Public Service together this summer without facing considerable financial hardship ourselves.

Public Service is a 100% labor of love by people who treasure New York City & recognize wholeheartedly what it has given us since this city became our respective home. By helping us, you are also helping put Public Service together. By the people, for the people & for that we thank & appreciate you immensely.
