Keep 360 the Best Place to Live!

Dear Neighbor,

Hi, this is Randy G. from the A building, and I'm writing you about continuing a wonderful tradition we started in 360 during the pandemic. We wanted to show our staff who takes such great care of us and our homes some gratitude. It’s the 360 Staff Holiday Fund, where both owners and residents donate whatever amount they desire, to show our appreciation for all the staff members who have serviced us during the year. The funds collected will be distributed equally among the staff for a holiday bonus. This includes A LOT of people: maintenance, security, desk staff, housekeeping, valet, and many others. Please join me in being generous and showing our appreciation for the great job they do all year long helping make the 360 Condo a beautiful place to live.

Note: Please contribute by December 15th so we have time to withdraw the money and distribute to the staff.
