Support Terry's Volunteer Work

Hi there. My name is Terry, an attorney in Washington State. I've created this GoFundMe to raise money for my upcoming volunteer trip as an International Human Rights Observer.

I'll be working with an organization that responds to on the ground calls for an international presence to observe certain situations. This includes things like the annual olive harvest, crossing checkpoints, and children walking to school.

During law school I focused on civil and human rights and while that may not be my current career field, this work seems like a natural continuation of my education and understanding of the world. I feel very strongly that this is necessary and vital work. Anything you're willing to contribute is deeply appreciated.

This money would be used for the costs of the flight, as well as accommodations at the org's apartment/dorm and food while in the West Bank. Personal funds will be used for any and all expenses not directly related to the work.

Any money leftover will be donated directly to the organization's general fund.
