My name is Terrien, and I'm an Eagle Scout candidate. I'm writing to you today to ask for your support in my Eagle Scout Service Project, which will benefit an organization that has had a profound impact on my life: Little League.
Little League is where my love for baseball began. I joined as a five-year-old T-ball player and immediately found a community that fostered both my athletic skills and lifelong friendships. It's a place where kids learn teamwork, sportsmanship, and the value of hard work – values that have also been central to my experience in scouting.
My scouting journey started when I was six, and it's been an incredible adventure. From earning my Arrow of Light as a Cub Scout to navigating the challenges of the pandemic with online learning and solo outdoor activities. Scouting has taught me resilience, leadership, and a deep appreciation for service. I've personally experienced the transformative power of scouting – it demands physical fitness, outdoor preparedness, mental fortitude, and teamwork. Scouting helps me to push my limits and strive to be my best. Most importantly, it instills the value of the Scout Oath and Law.
Now, as I work towards the rank of Eagle Scout, I want to give back to both the scouting community and the organization that first introduced me to the power of teamwork and dedication.
For my Eagle Scout Service Project, I'm combining my passion for baseball and my commitment to scouting by constructing a much-needed equipment storage shed for the Little League at a local Park. This project will provide a secure and organized space for the league's equipment, ensuring that future generations of young athletes have the resources they need to learn and grow.
To make this project a reality, I'm seeking sponsorships to cover the cost of materials and supplies. Your generous contribution will directly support the Little League and help me achieve my goal of becoming an Eagle Scout.
Thank you for your time and consideration
