Hello, my name is Amanda and I am making this for my sister and her family. My brother-in-law Ted is one of the hardest workers I know. My sister Becky and Ted have been married for 24 years and they have 3 amazing kids.

Two weeks ago, Ted woke up and felt off. He knew something was wrong, so my sister took him to urgent care. They looked at him and sent him immediately to the hospital. It turns out that he had a stroke. He had none of the "typical" symptoms that you hear about; he only had some numbness and tingling on his right side. Because of this stroke, he cannot work, and he was told that it could be up to a year before he can go back to work. Becky is trying to find a job, but she also has some medical issues herself. She is supposed to have surgery on her leg, but she can't because of how much it costs.

They are both people who would give the shirts off their backs to help anyone, and now I want to try and help them. This money would go towards their rent, bills, food, and school supplies for their kids. I know things are tight for pretty much everyone right now, but any amount helps.
