Hi, I'm Taylor Araya a student at Mission Vista HS.

This spring, I have the amazing opportunity to attend a mission trip to Guatemala! I will be serving alongside my 11/12 high school ministry at North Coast Church. I have been attending North Coast for 6 years which has been both fulfilling and growing! Throughout this past year, God has called me to many new things in my life, and I'm excited to be called to this mission trip during my last year of High School. I'm so grateful for this opportunity and would like your support as I navigate a very challenging and worldly life experience.

This trip will take place from March 30 to April 4 and we will be partnering with Praying Pelican as we travel to the city of Guatemala. While on this mission trip, we will have the chance to lead different activities with children, connect with the community, and partake in service projects. We will also get the chance to learn more about the values and culture in the region, as well as explore a few notorious sights. I am eager to see how my connection with God and my community will develop while on this trip.
