Hello my name is Tatianne Deering, I'm asking for help with raising funds to get legal representation for my son's case. In 22' I was incarcerated. During that time I asked my then 20 year old brother, Wakil John Bingham to move in and help my husband with our children during this time I also wanted to help him get on his feet. I.E getting a license, job and eventually a place of his own. Before I turned myself in I tried to encourage him to get these things done but I informed him I would not be doing it for him. My husband and I provided him with a laptop and paid his phone. He did absolutely nothing towards those goals. But what he did find the time for while I was away was molesting my then 3year old autistic child. He molested my son from Sept 22' until March of 23'.
My husband informed me that our son had been having night terrors and behavioral issues and as a victim of child assault myself I encouraged him to try talking with our son in case there was something we didn't know about. Apparently that put pressure on Wakil prompting him to confess. My husband and I told him he had to leave and my husband then called the police. When they finally came Wakil was already gone. The did their investigation. CPS also did an investigation and confirmed our son was assaulted. Our 3 year old child told us in detail the disgusting things that pedophile did to him as well to the best of his ability. It was incredibly horrific to hear my 3 year old talking about Wakil "peeing" on him with white sticky pee. And that is just the tip of the iceberg.
That being said we have an open case but the detective has been dragging it. He even said out his mouth "maybe we should wait for him to assault someone else so we can have more evidence". WHAT!? The current evidence we have are 2 recorded confessions as well as a recording of our son stating what was done to him. We are now trying to seek legal counsel to move out case along faster. All I want is justice for my child. I'm trying to the best of my ability to break the generational curses of sweeping assaults under the rug. My son did not deserve to have his love and trust used against him in such a disgusting and deplorable way. And now Wakil is in the Air Force. He could potentiqlly do this to children all over the world. Please I'm begging you literally anything helps.
