Hello everyone,my name is Tamika Gooden and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart but with hope. Recently, a powerful storm hit my community in Top road Darliston, leaving behind destruction and pain. Many of us, including my own family, lost nearly everything — our homes, our belongings. My father was admitted in the hospital while the storm destroyed his home , he will be out of the hospital Homeless.

I am now trying to rebuild from almost nothing. I still have to be looking after the storm passed, looking at what used to be our home — only barrels and broken pieces were left. But even through the tears, I promised myself not to give up.

I’m raising funds to help my father and family ,and others in my community get back on our feet. The donations will go toward food, clothing, rebuilding materials, and other essentials to help restore hope and stability.
