I am the Studio Leader at Lifetime Chappaqua. Our group fitness instructor, Tamicka, is in need of our support. She was born and raised in Jamaica, and her family still lives there. As you know, Jamaica and its inhabitants have been severely impacted by Hurricane Melissa. Tamicka’s family’s home suffered heavy wind and water damage. Most of their belongings were destroyed. Clean water and food are a daily concern. I am hoping that we can help Tamicka’s family buy food and clothing and repair the windows and roof. Thank you for your support!
