Support survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) in building an emergency savings cushion of $500.

Survivors have, on average, $10 in savings. Safety is not possible without financial security, and financial security isn’t possible without savings.

FreeFrom's trust-based Savings Matching Program matches survivors 1:1 until they have $500 in emergency savings to support their long-term safety and well-being.

We are already supporting over 1,200 survivors who have collectively saved over $375k since launching the program last year. With this end-of-year campaign, we aim to raise funds to enroll everyone on the waitlist by the new year so that they can begin their savings journey.
