We are a group of Sunset Beach residents taking legal action to challenge a canal dredging project that we believe was misrepresented and unfairly executed by the Town.

What was promised as a beneficial improvement ended up offering little to no advantage—and, in some cases, made conditions worse—while placing the financial burden solely on a portion of homeowners.

After unsuccessful attempts to reach a reasonable solution through dialogue, we are now seeking legal support to hold the Town accountable and protect our community. Your contribution will help cover legal fees and support our fight for fair treatment, transparency, and responsible local governance.
