For over 20 years, Sunrise Outreach has been dedicated to empowering community members to reclaim their lives and overcome stigma, discrimination, and systemic inequities. Sunrise Outreach provides laser tattoo removal, counseling support, securing critical documents, navigating legal systems, and support for employment needs such as resumes, interview practice, and transportation needs. These services promote stability for individuals and families, giving them an opportunity for second chances.
