Support Sultani's Family After Tragedy

With deep sorrow and sadness, we are hereby sharing the tragic loss of one another Afghan Immigrant who just arrived in the United State of America a year ago with high hopes and dreams of better life.

Sayed Hakim Sultani was swimming in 24 fitness swimming pool on June 16th around 10 PM, he died in the swimming pool while swimming and unfortunately no one noticed his dead body for 15-20 minutes inside the water. The cause of the death is still unknown.

Unfortunately, Mr Sultani, leaving his widow and 4 children from age 2- 10 to fend for themselves in a country they barely know. Sultani widow has no means to support herself or her children, given her lack of English language skills and education.

We ask members of the community, family, and friends to keep the Sultani family in their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. As a community – we must stand together and support one another in times of need. A GoFundMe account has been set up to support his family through this tragedy that has unexpectedly fallen upon them. Please donate what you can and help this family during this crisis.

As an extended family member, I, Moh Ghaws Shahir, organized this fundraiser. The direct beneficiary of this fund is Sultani’s widow and his 4 orphan children. Funds collected will be used for immediate expenses as well as for the basic needs of the family until they can get on their feet. The widow will be added as a beneficiary to this account and all the donations will go directly into her bank account.
